Sears service set up an appointment with me for a work-day between 8am-5pm. Taking a full day off work, and staying in the house to wait, because they said they couldn't give me a window of time. I waited till 4:00 and called them because I was concerned they would be a no-show. They said "They couldn't make it, and "please accept our apologies "! Not only that, but kept me on hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor and then disconnected me after waiting for twenty minutes. The washer is only 6 months old, and already broken, I will NEVER shop at Sears again, their products clearly are not what they were, and their service even worse!
