Ladies Rolex taken to Eric Martin for a cleaning and running slow in Spring 2009. Was called and told watch neededreplacement of parts. Assured me the parts would be genuine Rolexand workperfectly. Got the watch back and after several months the same problem. Paid 850.00. Graciously told me to return watch and he would take care of same problem. I became anxious when I found out he moved to Lukeville after being in Sedona, and Scottsdale in to short a time. Took my watch to a certified Rolex dealer in Arizona and was informed the parts were never replaced. It was a bogus job. Reported this to the Attorney General of Arizona.
