Missleading will argee to terms and not show up and wait until argee is up to call back

I brought a house 2002 and within 1year start to have problems company deliberate return any calls and when they did return call and make appointment no one every came to meet I feel that this company do this to everyone and so everyone need know before they get screwed like i did.
