Ripoff sell me a bad part have return it 2 days later for warranty now its been 1year and the part not return/r my money back

Comany say that the item out for warranty but i call the obx comany and the manager told me that its warranty and it don't take this long to return part so i hve to call the comany i buy the item frm. But the comany don't hve a telephone number but i hve stored all the email for 1 year now please help me
