We bought a new LG washer two weeks ago. We did five loads of laundry. On the 6th load we got an error message of "dL." I called the manufacturer who said that a service call was needed. The technican arrived four days later, spent two hours, replaced the Door Lock mechanism. It too was defective. He ordered a replacement part and said he would be back in two days, on Friday. The part arrived on Thursday. A representative called on Thursday to confirm the need for an appointment. I told her that the technician said he would return on Friday between 8 AM and Noon. At 12:15 PM I called Sears and was told that the appointment was for Tuesday of next week. I am totally dissatisfied with Sears Service. Find a different company to provide extended warranties - not Sears.
