I am in the process of purchasing a new bed. I am researching complaints because of the terrible treatment I received from Sleep Country. The bed was crap and they don't honor their warranty. Apparently it's the same situation with Sears. Just to let you know... I'm not shopping at Sears today... Because you have a poor reputation.
