Purchased two power recliners from Sears.com both chairs broke after two months. I was told I could replace them or get a credit. But that the chair issues were fixed as these were a bad batch. Got the chairs replaced and they broke again in the same spots 4 1/2 months later. So I have two broken chairs with a one year warranty that no one will honor. Simmons who made the chairs says Sears will replace them, Sears now says Simmons needs to fix them. End result Sears keeps on transferring me to either numbers that ring with no answer or I get the answer we will look it and get back to you which they never do. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM SEARS as they have terrible customer service and will not honor anything. Google sears issues and you will see.
