In June of 2011 I placed an order with Tidewater Workshop for two cedar chairs and a table. I had ordered from the before and had always been satisfied with their product and service in the past.
This time, more than two months went by, and the order had not arrived. Upon calling, they would assure me that the order would go out the following week. It did not, and I would repeatedly call and get the same response: "next week."
I finally called and cancelled my order, and was assured that I would receive a refund. No refund has ever been received. Repeated calls to their voice mail are never returned. They appear to have several different addresses, all in New Jersey.
The CEO, Peter Caporilli has been contacted and has been belligerent and intimidating. He has not been cooperative. His email is: firstname.lastname@example.org
