I placed an order with Medispastore.com on 29th May on 31st May I received an email telling me that my order could not be filled and had been cancelled and I would receive my refund 'shortly'. I waited a week then rung customer service who informed me that the products I ordered could not be shipped to Australia and that's why my order had been cancelled and I would receive my refund in the 'order it was received'.
I have since made numerous calls and emailed, I then asked to speak to the manager and asked the manager email me - no response. It is now 26th June and I STILL don't have my refund. I should have received my refund the same time my order was cancelled, they kept saying me that my refund is coming - but, hey so is Christmas! No where on the website did it say that they couldn't ship the product to Australia - they quite happily took my order and my money - I'm not happy!
