I ordered a 3' Bench 7/2, my credit card was charged and I still don't have my bench. When you call thier number, you get voicemail. Occasionally, you might get a call back where they tell you its shipping on Monday and that they are sorry for the delay, yet that week will go by and you never get your order.
Seriously, I've been told about a dozen time, my order is shipping!
I've sent messages asking for a refund and no response.
It's very frustrating. Their products seem to be quality products, but I'm not sure how they stay in business and I'm surprised to see Amazon and other on-line companies offering their products. I'm now going to call the better business bureau and others.
Spring is here and no bench, ugh!
