At the beginning of November I ordered a bench and table from Tidewater Workshop. Received their confirmation email on 11/2. A few weeks later I called to ask about delivery and was told it would be around December 2nd. Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged!
I called this morning and was told "sorry; but it won't go out until the end of next week".'Don't they know what customer service and courteousness is all about? I asked her if they couldn't have sent an email explaining the delay in delivery.
It seems futile; I sent an email to the CEO. I told him I want an expected delivery date or a full refund, including delivery charges. I have a bad feeling about this one. I'd ordered from them many years ago, with no problems.
