Ordered from Tidewaterworkshop online Sept, 12.By Dec benches not deleivered. For months they delayed delivery saying it would be Thur/Fri of the following week. After several months I requested a full refund. They asked be for a cancellation #. I said that's what I need from them. They did not respond to the BBB complaint after 30 days. Not sure what I can do now. Do NOT order from them. I had ordered from them about 15 years ago and had no problems.
