LG delivered a side by side Refrigerator a little over 2 weeks ago. Apparently they installed new LED lighting (we have an LG in another location which in fairness has caused no problems) which is dark and horrible. You shouldn't have to look into the freezer and fridge with a flashlight!
Home Depot where we bought it sent an LG repairman who said that "it is what it is" and that nothing could be done. We went back to Home depot and when they tried to call the LG department LG refused to take the call. A supervisor came on and stated that nothing could be done. We have since been tol that LG has the absolute worst service and that their products are overrated. (are they paying off the rating agencies?)
