Since the first complaint filed: We have had to retain an attorney and are suing Eagle River Tammac, & Heritage. They have chosen to write to the BBB & state attorney generals office claiming that I do not own the home, I'm guilty of fraud, and much more. Every statement made in those letters (lies) from Craig Pike, Jim Dunn, & Sonja Broderick have certain documents that will validate all of "OUR" claims (e-mails, Eagle River Homes in company memos (I was given these documents at my house from our salesman Roger Bouder). I have numerous documents that in fact prove that Heritage & Eagle Home's are guilty of, in the nery least, fraud, breech of contract, breech of warranty, breech of implied warrenty & much much more.
If ERH, & HH are found to have broken laws, we will be speaking to the district attorney in regards to any criminal activity. Are making false statements (verbal, or written) to PA State Attorney General assigned agent? Keep an eye on your local news station for when our story is aired in full detail.
