Invisible because it never arrived! And money was never refunded. Bottom line here in advance is be VERY, VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this company.
We ordered a bench in February. Supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks.in fact, it didn't arrive by August. We called. They promised "rush"delivery. Did not arrive. We asked for a refund. No refund. We called again. Refund in "in process" they say. No refund. We write CEO as instructed on their website. No response. No bench. No refund.
There is a reason why their website is plastered with excuses for bad reviews from the BBB and elsewhere. It's because they are a ripoff operation. Do NOT believe anything customer service rep says. Do NOT believe that the so-called CEO will be of help.
