I ordered a bedspread and shams on Nov. 22.By the end of December I had not received them I called and was told 3 more weeks.
After those 3 weeks went by with no delivery, I sent an email to customer service and was told 3 more weeks by automated email Linda.
After those 3 weeks went by with no delivery, I sent Linda an email and told her to cancel the order and credit my account. The automated Linda email said she would put it in.
One week later - nothing is cancelled or credited so I began the dispute process with my credit card company.
