On June 21, I placed an order for woven labels with a delivery time of about 4 weeks. On July 25th I contacted the company to check on the status. I reveived an email stating they were mailed July 24 and I should be receiving them soon. After 1 week they had nor arrived, so I tried to call-no answer, then emailed—no response. I thought perhaps they were on vacation and continued to attempt to contact them many, many times. On August 14th I googled them and saw their FB page where the were numeous others with the same complaint. No orders received, no response to phone calls or emails and no refunds received. There was at least a respone on FB however, so I posted a compalint on FB. I received a phone call from her 1 hour later—now she said my order was mailed July 16th (not July 24 as she previously told me) and since it went through US mail there was no tracking #. I noticed on FB she told others she would send the tracking #. The reponse was cordial on FB, but customer after customer had not received the labels, or refunds and she did not answer the many attempts to contact her other than on FB. I am still waiting for my refund. This is fraud and her company should be shut down.
