After continuous attempts to contact them to get my refund back. I decided to look online and found that this company is known for their fraudulous efforts.
My son had Christmas money and wanted to purchase some collectors swords. So i went ahead and ordered it for him on 12/27/07. The charge hit my card on 12/31/07. It said allow 6 weeks for delivery. My son patiently awaited and 6 weeks came and went. I then sent an email to find out the status of the order. I received a reply stating that due to customs it was delayed. I said ok. I waited about a week or 2 and contacted them again. I received a reply within 24 hours. Then I emailed back to cancel my order. I then received a reply the next day, stating i will be refunded shortly. That was March 18. Then still nothing.
I contacted my bank and they said I couldn't file a dispute because it had been over 60 days. So I contacted them again, then I received an email on 4/4/08 saying that they would contact their accoutning department and they would issue refund.
I since then was able to file a dispute with my bank. So hopefully, they will be able to handle the situation. I have called them, of course just a machine which only allows you to leave a message sometimes. Again, no reply has been received by phone or email. I actually called the number that appeared on the statement with the charge and it was a cell phone number. I just can't believe that this has happened. I should have investigated this company before I even let my son talk me into ordering from them.
