I ordereded 2 cartons of camel through this company Cig. Eu at the beginning of April. After several weeks of waiting i tryed to contact the company via there email. It took me several email attempts to make contact. When they finally replied they told me to check with neighbours etc (i see many other's have been told the same thing) and that the order may have been seized. They told me to wait one week to see if i received a letter from customs informing me of seizure. After receiving nothing i tried to contact them again by email. Again it took me several attempts.in the email i asked for a refund and when i got a response they were threatining to take legal action against me. To this day i still have not received my order or a letter from the customs. Obviously these guys are scammer's. Be warned.
