I sent these people a check, as they required, for payment in full of a hot tub back in March.in August, I still had not heard from them about delivery. THey sent a couple of e-mails, promising it was ready for shipment in a few weeks.
By September, I tried calling the sales person who I dealt with on the phone. I was passed off on to customer service, who's number was CONSTANTLY BUSY! Out of desperation, I got in touch with the Golden Gate BBB to help. THey immediately acted on it, advising me if I was contacted and the problem was resolved, to call their dispute resolution specialist. No call, no communication.
I'm asking for my money back, but it looks like litigation is the only recourse. Let's get this bum out of business! THe owner is Steve Barbarich. Scum!
