I purchased a Sears Kenmore elite stove paid over $2000 in aug didn't install till 2009. Since the stove has broken down 3 times usually once a year. This year twice within 6 months each time I've done without an oven and stove from 10 to 15 days. 3 times same part. Complained every time no satisifaction. How are you to cook without this appliance. I thought I was buying the best. What a joke. They order part takes 5 to 7 days then you have to wait for repairman another week. No wonder sears is having problems. With customer satisfaction
low on their list. Answers to my complaints are that's the best we can
