Sears Home Repair no longer top rated - Stove/Oven

We have bought numerous appliances and electronics equipment from Sears over the years. This was in part for the reason of their excellent support and home repair service, being one of the best in the country. As it happened, we also bought a rather high priced stove/oven Kitchenaid (stay away from that brand) that turned out to be a lemon. There were many repairs needed, often two or three a year. Recently, Sears could no longer obtain the correct part for repair. As the warranty states, we should have gotten a replacement, but instead the service we received was abysmal. Many of the phone service assistants did not know what we they were talking about and the phone person at the Customer Solutions Department, which is supposed to help in such cases, was outright rude. The complaint never got resolved to our satisfaction. Lession learned, stay away from Sears and shop elsewhere. It's a sad story that Sears management does not have the knowledge to see where customer loyalty comes from or the foresight to act on it. We'll be spending but not at Sears.
