After 4 serivce calls one of which they were 3 hours late, my furnace is still not working correct and the companies response is "well something is wrong with your furnace" That is why I hired and paid them, because my furnace isn't working correctly! So I asked for my money back and now they are telling me it will take 3 months to refund my money! Horrible service, untrained techs, unprofessional and terrible customer service. Stay away from this company!
