I have had nothing but trouble with my warranted Trance furnace. I have had several repairs of which I pay for all the service. I called their rep and finally got a response. He told me to send him all by bills. He asked what I wanted and I said a new furnace. He said that isn't going to happen. It is a terrible product with very poor customer service by their Minnesota rep.
It says nothing stops a Trane in their ad, untrue because mine keeps stopping.
