Appliances Not Working, Service Center Not Helping

My WF328 Washing Machine and DV337 Gas Dryer have both stopped working and both need new control panels. The parts are not in stock in Panama and need to be ordered from Korea. Samsung Panama will not give us a date when we might expect the parts to arrive so we have no idea how long we will be without laundry. We have asked them to provide us with replacements, refund our money or even give us temporary replacements until the parts arrive and they will not give us an answer on any of those options. I was very patient for 7 weeks waiting for the dryer to be fixed (it has been broken since March 7th), but now that we no longer have a working washer either (as of May 2nd), my patience is wearing thin. I can not live without a washer & dryer and I am extremely displeased to have spent $2,000 on appliances that break down after such a short period of time. I need a response from the service center on what they are going to do for us, if anything, so that I can make alternate arrangements for a new (not Samsung) laundry pair.
