Home Depot @ Home Service in Riverview, FL that is also known as the Contact Center is a Prison, and a concentration camp. They have no regards for their employees, there is one Manager there an African American by the name of Terrance Dennis he walks around there and speaks to the employees as though they are nothing, now when this company open their doors they promised the employees that they have an open door policy and they lied, if you go into one of the managers office to report a supervisor there is a chance that you may and will loose your job, this same manager Mr. Dennis talks to people like they are nothing.
And if you stand up for your rights he will terminate you at a drop of a pin. People has died out there had heart attacks, strokes and about ten or more times a month the EMT comes out there to take the employees to a hospital. Employees are very unhappy with their jobs, but alot of the employees are etiher older or came from the stores and really can't do any better. Someone needs to do an investigation on this company, they are getting away with murder and we live in a free country and somehow it feels as though we live in a concentration camp. There are so much going on at the Home Depot @ Home Center in Riverview, FL it will make your head spin.
How can this be the land of the free & home of the brave, and how can our men & women be in Iraq fighting for justice for the Iraq people when they have fellow citizens at home suffering so much mental abuse from emyployees that misuses their position?
Something has to be done. Another thing that really hit home an employee was told when they asked Mr. Dennis don't you care about your employees, and he said "I don't give a dahm about anyone here I care about Home Depot & my family" this man don't get on the phone and speak to angry customers because they have been jerked around, he don't suffer the verbal abuse that the employees go through day in and day out with these customers. And mind you I have seen management anger some employees to the point they would take it out on the customer at the least little sign of miscommunication between them and the customer.
And these things are not right. I knew of this company I will not say where the company is located at, but the owner of this company made his Father a promise on his death bed that he will open a company and treat the employees with the respect that they deserves because the company that his Father worked for was like a company like the Home Depot @ Home Service, he said he will make it his business to meet with each and everyone one on one if he has to to make them know that they are appreciated because you will get more out of employees if you treat them right than to treat them like they are nothing.
One lady had a daughter dying from cancer, and because that lady had to take of from work to be with her daughter at the hospital they fired that lady a single Mother without any help for her and her two daughters, an elderly lady that worked there had a nervous break down because of the desrespect that the managers and supervisors gave her and no longer work there, a supervisor had a nervous break down because of the way she decided to treat her employees with respect so they started getting on her, a supervisor lied on an employee and they took away the 30 cent raise this employee really needed, some women wanted to put together care packages for the soldiers in Iraq and they told them they couldn't another employee this makes it so sad her son is in Iraq and when she asked that she speak with the visiting Congressman Mr. Putman so he can see the face behind the emails, because her son was sent to Iraq and he is not a US Citizen they told her that he was not out there for her son and didn't allow this Mother to speak with the Congressman. What kind of company this is?
And they sell products that build homes for people. Last but best on Christmas they give all the employees a $25.00 gift card with a 10% discount coupon to shop at their stores and they brag in meetings on how much billions of dollars they bring in. They need to be investigated they also just received a Government Contract do the US Government knows what type of company they are contracting to take food out of the mouth of employees who are being abuse, and why are they supporting them, did they meet with some of the employees one on one or set up a web site where employees can go and formally lodge their complaint against these monsters that are not only abusing the employees but the employees family? This to needs to be checked out.
The world has had so many evil people and dictators, but Home Depot @ Homes Service is in a Free country that is allowing this to go on and no one is doing a thing about this, if someone reads this please forward this or direct this to someone who can either look into this and help these poor people that is only trying to work to put food on the table for their families and keep a roof over their heads this has to stop. Becaue if they was they would not treat God's children like though they are nothing.
