I'd like to let all the customers know as a long time employee of Home Depot I have never seen so much lack of respect, harassment and actual disdain for Home Depots employees. Since early fall of 2011 Home Depot has cut back or laid of most of it's part time employees, cut back on their on hand stock, lowered their quality of product and have been pretty much trying to drive the quality employees to quit (of course these are employees that are making decent wages, Hmmmm?)
The quality of assistant managers has reached an all time low. Hourly scheduling is no longer handled at the store level but rather online from the Atlanta, GA home office. To cover lack of employees HD is pulling full
time employees from all other departments and "forcing" to work in other departments at random schedules with a love it or leave attitude.
THIS IS NOT A QUALITY OR CAREER PLACE TO WORK FOR ANYMORE!!! (Through the grape vine we have heard that Home Depot has hired some Ex Walmart Executives. If true it's no wonder the stores are going down the crapper.)
