Mean Managers Racism Mean to employees

As an employee of Burger King for years, Off and on, there were good times but more bad times than anything. They (managers, even head managers over the restaurant managers) are SO, SO, SO! Mean and nasty to their employees. I've seen people cry, get angry, walk out and quit. I've seen people who just had a death in their family, yet the managers still give them a hard time and made them cry. There are so many strict rules for employees, even at some points they made all of the employees drink water out of a dirty, non filtered water fountain instead of getting some soda to drink instead, and not only that we had to ask for permission first. They don't care how hard you work, how hard you try, they will still be mean to the employees and yell at us, like we're nothing. Who yells at someone over FOOD, there is a way to talk to someone, and if we speak my mind and say something, we get written up or threatened to be fired, but it's supposebly ok for them to yell at emloyees so viciously and make them cry and ruin their entire day, even to the point they get all depressed or even quit and if I had a dollar every time someone said " I don't DESERVE to be talked to like that'! That's right! No one deserves to be yelled at and looked down on, just because they're an 'employee' and you're 'above' them. Another thing I see in this BK I work in is racisim, managers... YES! Managers, being racist to customers of color and employees, when customers come through drive-through they make fun of them, which is wrong. Managers have attitudes with not only employees, but also customers and yet neither (not employees nor customers) did anything wrong. I'm sick of it. The low pay, the Hitler managers, the rudeness, not giving out breaks, ignoring employees. They don't help in the back when your're busy, they just stand around waiting on food and asking if you made it yet, when they see you're short of help. No one deservs a job like this. I'm sick of the treating your employees and customers like crap, but when the head boss come around, you act like you care or that you're so nice. And stop giving customers old, cold, slopped together food. Thats not right. I'm always the one trying to give the customer good food, but others don't care. Just because you hate your job, doesn't mean you have to take it out on others. And trust me, the low pay of this job is not worth, the sore feet and back, and getting treated like you're nothing at the end of the day. I don't care about the money, I care about respect!
