Repair#84573503 unsupportive sears rep Shelly ID#83208. I had 2 other repairs that went smooth. One for my washing machine and the other for my stove and they were paid for doing good work. The refrigerator repairman didn't make the original appointment and then showed up and said that he couldn't do the work because there was ice in the refrigerator and he wanted to get paid just for showing up. I had given them and contact number and if that was something that should have been done or he couldn't have done his work he should have just called and let us know. I think this was very unproffessional and because of how rude they are I will not be taking my business to them any longer.
