The Good, the Bad and The Ugly - Repair Service

The good news is I was worried about how much it would cost to repair my side by side Whirlpool refrigerator.

The bad news is Sears Home Repairs never showed up for my appointment today.

The ugly is when I called the 800 number was was told that although I had a valid confirmation number that I got from an online service, I was only given that confirmation number because they were trying to squeeze me in. So I took a whole day off of work to sit home and not get any phone calls indicating that they would not be able to come and fix the refrigerator. Oh and to top it off I was told that the next day they would be able to get me an appointment was on July 29th a whole 10 days after my confirmed appointment. No one was able to give me any quicker service nor was I offered any kind of discount for wasting a day waiting for my appointment. Unbelievable. I will never use Sears again and I will make sure that none of my friends ever use it either.
