My brand new gas Kenmore Elite cooktop
made a loud cracking noise while I was
cooking. Then it failed to ignite the burners. After checking house fuses etc. I called sears repair. They came out the next morning to fix it. I got a
call the night before to confirm the appointment and a call in the morn to tell me they were on the way.
The tech. Took it apart and immediatly
diagnoised the problem. It was a factory defect in the wireing. He had it fixed in less than a half hour. He was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. He also looked at my new Samsung microwave as the enter button was touchy and I was having some problems getting it to start. It was not broken I just wasn't pressing it in the exact spot. It is a design defect but I think I will be able to adjust and use it. The repair department could not have been more helpful. I am so glad I bought my appliances at Sears. Keep up the good customer service!!!
