Im sick of this place, why make an appointment if your gonna sit here for 3 hours for a 15 minute fix? Very irritating service. Shouldn't have confirmed appt for specific date if your busy & booked that day. Never coming back ever again. Second time this happened. Unless you have a ride home i suggest you look elsewhere for your car service. Its not that much cheaper than a dealership, labor wise. We're in a service industry i expect to treated as with someone who does have a life. I have a busy schedule and have no other time than this day. Definitely ruined my week. Guaranteed they lost 8 customers from my family and friends. I'm the one who referred them and now steering them elsewhere. Horrible service, which i can give my business elsewhere.
