Avoid Hamton's Buzaar online store!
I ordered a firewood log holder from Hampton's Buzaar (www.buzaar.com), but they shipped the wrong item. Their website states, All of our products are backed by our 30 days no questions asked return policy. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
I immediately contacted them via e-mail asking for a Return Authorization number and shipping info, but received no response. After I disputed the charge via PayPal, I received a response via PayPal declining the refund and telling me to ship the item back, but provided no shipping info. We exchanged several emails via PayPal, with me asking and how they were going to cover the return shipping cost, but they said they will only cover return shipping if I get a replacement, not if I wanted a refurnd. They gave me me the run around until PayPal closed the dispute, so now I am out $65 and have a log holder I cannot use.
