If you make an appointment for 1 pm and all you need done is an oil change and tire rotation you expect it to be done in a reasonable time. Well i came back around 630 and it still wasnt done! He told me that the appointment means nothing, it only garentees you a spot for the day. I just dont understand the point of asking what time i would like if it doesnt matter. This happens ever time i come here. If u are on a schedule dont take it to monroe muffler.
