The repairman came at the time scheduled and made the repair. The problem was a clogged filter which required him to clean the inside if the unit. Upon finishing, he instructed us on how to help keep the unit clear and left. Both of us are over 60 yrs old and really unfamiliar with plumbing, etc. It was good to have the service. We were very satisfied.
