I would highly advise anyone to stay far from this branch of Monro Muffler Brake and Service. The Manager, Steve is very unpersonalbe and can be very rude when dealing with his cumstumers. I recently took a Doge Durango for and oil change, state inspection, and to find out why my check engine light was on. The car was left for two weeks and the bill came to almost $1,000!! Realizing that the car needed work, I decided to have Steve take of my car. However, when I returned to pick the car up, Steve was once again rude and had lost my insurance card and registration for my car. After denying that he had lost it, he finally amitted that he may have misplaced the paperwork. He told me that he would pay for a replacement. So, on my own time I went and had another resgistration printed out... But when I took the receipt back to Steve he refused to pay for it.By this time I was fed up with Steve and took my car home. On my way home, I noticed the there was no sticker indicating that there was an oil change. Reluctantly, I took the car back to Steve and he said that he wasnt sure if there was an oil change done or not. So, after that, I thought I was finally finished with Steve, However, within a couple of days the check engine light came back on. Since then, I have notified Monro customer service and explained to them the problems that I had encountered. The way I see it is that I paid alomost $1,000 for incompitent work and TERRIBLE costumer service.
