I have atempted 3 times now to get my snow thrower repaired from the service center in Madison, Wi. First they replaced a bunch of stuff I just wanted a price on then they didn't actually fix the problem of a gas leak and it took a week longer to get it back than it was supposed to. I just forked out another 100.00 a month ago to get it ready for this winter. I had to use it yesterday for the first time and it runs like crap and is still leaking gas! I hate throwing things away but I know I won't go back there for anything ever again.
