Disrespectful delivery people - Kenmore Refrigerato

Yesterday I bought a refrigerator at Sears and they scheduled the delivery for today. I received a call this morning to tell me that it was going to be delivered between 1PM and 3PM.

They came right at 3PM and I was forced to leave to pickup my kids at school, but there was a person at home to receive the refrigerator.

At 3:10PM they called me stating that a door was to be removed. I asked them to wait for me 5 minutes so I can remove the door but they treated me very disrespectful over the phone and decided to leave. They rescheduled the delivery for 3 days more and did not told me anything.

This is outrageous!!! I programmed my day to be ready for this installation. I waited for 2 hours and unfortunately I had to leave, and these people were not able to wait 5 minutes??? They did not even leave the refrigerator for me to install it myself.

I called the delivery department several times to try to get the truck back or even rescheduled for tomorrow but no one got responsible for this abusive treatment. The first person even hung the phone on me because I was not accepting the ridiculous non-solution offered.

I called and asked for a manager and they made me wait for more than 30 minutes and no one ever answered.
