We took our 5 month old Kenmore model#721.63252301 serial#910ta03234 in for repair. It made poping noise and smelled like burning wires. Service dept. At 1555 Lake Woodlands Drive, Woodlands, Tx. Kept my microwave for 10 days. They replaced a Mag? Gasket and returned it to us (after we went to get it did not even get a call that it was repaired) and found that it was in the same condiction in which we had taken it in to be repaired. I don't believe anyone checked it after replacing the Mag/Gasket or they would have seen the turn table did not turn and the microwave gave off a burning wire smell. It simply is not fixed!!
