I have paid for a refrigerator that was to be delivered today (my refrigerator does not work). Up until today I have received many e-mails from sears saying that my delievery is on schedule and ready for delivery today. I travel out of town for work, I took the day off today only to find out that the Store did not properly prepare the refrigerator for delivery and therefore it will not be delivered. I am stressed beyond max. Sears WILL NEVER GET my business again. I have been a long time, Sears only customer, and have never had such treatement as I have received today. Chris and Jodi have both let me, the customer down.
