We bought $40000.00 worth of living room furniture from ashley. We waited a month to receive our items. When we finally received them the rocker recliner was damaged. It says you have 48 hours to report damage. I reported it immediately. Customer Service was very rude and completely unwilling to help me. Even though I had paid extra for the extended warranty. They said when the chair left their factory it was fine and because the store I had bought from had used a third party to deliver to me that it was out of there hands.
I contacted the store I had purchased it from they also were very unwilling to help me. Nobody was calling me back to help rectify the situation. I had to keep calling them back. I asked numerous times to speak with a manager and they told me that managers don't speak to customers!!! This has been by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I am still in the process of trying to get a new chair. I paid $700 for a lopsided chair with 2 rips in the leather. I want to let everyone that I possibly can that this company is horrible to buy from and they don't go out of there way to help there customers or to stand by their warranty.
