Individual did not pay for product delivered to him, a submersible deep well pump. He claimed the first item delivered to him was not delivered to his address. However, the FedEx drivers remembers delivering to his residence distinctiively because it is in a rurual area and the house is down a long driveway.individual contacted our company saying he did nt receive the pump and was in a bad way as his orchard was going dry and he was going to lose his crop.
We filed a lost claim with FedEx and shipped out an upgraded model due to not having his model in stock. Product was delivered directly to his wife's hands. He filed a dispute with Amazon saying he did not receive the pump, which denied us the payment of this pump. He did not return dozen of phone calls nor dozens of emails. What a flake! This is how he treats a company who responded to his needs, and in good faith, shipped out an even better pump than he had ordered and then he files a dispute and says he never received it. An honorable person would have responded to the phone calls and emails. What a terrible lesson he is teaching his children. Shame on you, Brian Burrows.
