This company, even though they have a replacement warranty, every replacement was DEAD, or MOLDY upon arrival. I complaint to their customer service people, and they treat you as a bother. Every replacement I received since Oct. Of 09, was not alive. I will look for other complaint cites to air my complaint. Stay away from this Co. They don't even reply to my email. And their customer service rep. Passes the buck on to some other incompitant "team member" they are the village idiots of Bloomington Illinois.
