Had repair service on refrigerator order #84263404 tech. Id: 0039420 tech. Said unit operating at -5 if you are looking at celsius not fahrenheit around 15-18 above. When have things like pizza, ice cream, snack sicks they are soft. I do not feel I should have to pay for this service call. I will never buy anything from sears again. I will tell others about this and tell them to check other places for product.
