Called sears 12/31/09 concerning tv w/extended 5 yrs warranty tv not working. Advised no one could come til 01/22/10.. Repair person had the lamp it needed but had to order a color wheel. Could not come back again til 02/15/10... Recd color wheel fedex from samsung on 02/02/10 but had to wait til 02/15/10 for repair??? Service man was great... Was told to ans feedback questions which i hav tried to do. Tells me i hav already done... No i hav not... Extended warranty. No good... I would had the tv fixed alot faster if i did not hav the extended warranty my tv would hav been fixed within a week no longer than two weeks. And i did not save any money. The extended warranty $699.00 the repair ticket was $691.51... Not happy will think twice b/4 buying fom sears again...
