On Oct 20, Sears sent a tech to fix a problem with my refrigerator. Needless to say, as in the past, I've been most satisfied with Sears service. However, I need to mention that Tony, the service technician whose I.D. Is 0001347 went above and beyond what was required. He was most responsive to my concerns and addressed the problems accordingly. I will always request Tony — if I ever need service. Great job Tony
