Sears Fanatical Service - Kitchenaid Refrigerator Repai

Hello,

I purchased a Kitchenaid refrigerator from Sears a couple years ago. It needed service repair immediately. I had called different handymen to see what it would cost me. The prices were outrageous. So I called Sears and they offered me an extended warranty for purchase. The technician I.D. Number 0695205 came out to my house on 10-23-09. I just can't say enough about him. He was extremely kind and him work was fast & impeccable. The best service, "I have ever inquired". I mean this Sears Technician really new his stuff. The refrigerator is working better than ever and I am very pleased. It's is 3:10 in the morning however, I woke up to get something to drink & was thankful that my refrigerator is working. I would give him A because he is fast, he knows his stuff & the best part of it is his customer service. Just remarkable for that reason alone I will continue to shop at Sears.in the past I have had troubles with customer service at other company's spend thousands on products & stopped shopping there and made sure I told everyone I knew what kind of service the offered and what happened to me. If anyone ever needs a technician from Sears I really recommend technician I. D 0695205. Trust me for me to be on the computer this early in the morning doesn't happen. He deserves because we always forget about the good service and complain about the bad.
