The terms and conditions of the credit card services changes from teh moment the card was activitad.
There was a problem with a payment-being late that was not my fault and the agents cleared me of fault. As a resutl the interest rate was increased and the charges for increased interest rates was never deducted from my statement. I have aske them repeateadely to do that and they have not and the interest rate still remains at the escalated rate even though there was no reason to increase it.
I have written, e-mailed and talked on the phone with the company-to no avail.
