Recently I had some service work done on my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado Truck.
The serpentine belt was squealing on the engine and they replaced the belt. Days later, the squealing returned and so I took it back in and they replaced the belt tensioner. Days later, the squealing returned and they diagnosed the problem (another pulley) and replaced it as well.
During the multiple trips to the Monro Muffler in Defiance (935 N. Clinton St.), the Manager (Randy) was very accommodating and gave me rides to work when they were working on my truck. He was very professional and is a huge asset to your company.
I will continue to have all of my service work done at Monroe Muffler in Defiance, Ohio.
