I brought my ford pickup to monro muffler in oneida ny for a brake replacement. While there, they told me i needed a master cylinder replaced. When I brought the truck home, the brakes immediately started sticking and screeching. I ended up bringing the truck back 4 times, each time the brakes were grabbing so bad that I could only travel 20 miles per hour. They finally ended up replacing both the front and back brakes and then decided I needed rotors. So they put on new rotors (which I did not need) All in all the bill was over 800.00 1 year later, the brakes are sticking again - brought it to the monro muffler in rome, ny to be fixed. Turns out the master cylinder was never installed correctly, had to be bled and replaced, and now I needed new back calipers. Total charge over 500.00. These people should be run out of town. They have inept mechanics and try and cheat you out of your last dime. I will never speak well of them or recommend them for anything - not even an inspection!
